Kalokalo invites travellers to discover extraordinary places and to experience them as those who live there do. Combining warmth, discretion and attention to detail, each journey unfolds as a series of considered moments, from the first brief to the final transfer.

Kalokalo takes its name from the Fijian word for star. For generations, stars guided voyagers across the Pacific; today the name reflects our role in each journey, setting the course and remaining close throughout.

Elle McCarthy

Born in Fiji and based between Lautoka and Sydney, Elle brings to Kalokalo a deep familiarity with the islands and an eye refined through a career in business consulting across the architecture and design industry.
