HOW WE PLAN
Every journey begins with a conversation and is shaped around you: how you like to travel, who is coming, and what you hope to experience.

Each journey begins with a short enquiry, noting dates, travelling companions and the shape of the stay in mind. Within two working days, Kalokalo responds with a defined scope of services and details the concierge fee, which secures dedicated planning time, deep local expertise and a trusted network of hosts and partners across the islands and beyond. The fee is fully refundable until the planning call.

Your brief
Once the fee is settled, a thirty-minute call brings the detail into focus, line by line: what is fixed, what the budget allows, how early you like to rise, whether the children will favour the pool or the reef.

Our proposal
A draft itinerary follows, drawn from vetted stays and hosts we know by name: if you collect ceramics, a master potter’s studio; if the world is best explored on a plate, an eight-seat omakase counter with no website; if the sea calls, a yacht for the afternoon. Equally valued is the practical knowledge: which villa best suits young children, the true size of a room, the real length of a road transfer.

Booking & coordination
Once all is agreed, we secure rooms, villas, transfers, advance bookings and the driver waiting at arrivals. Confirmations and timings arrive together, well before you leave.

On the ground
Before you leave, we set out the essentials: who to call, where to be and what happens if the weather turns or a flight slips. For those who would like it, someone on the ground can be a message away for the length of the journey.
